These examples show aluminum replacement tanks built for marine customers. Tanks are typically fabricated from 1/8-inch, 3/16-inch, or 1/4-inch aluminum plate. We measure the original tank and design one or more replacements to fit the available space while minimizing removal of engines, decks, or hull components. Typical fittings include 1-1/2-inch filler necks, 1/2-inch vents, and application-specific pickup and return lines.
