Tank Building
- Customer supplies 3D drawings/specifications, or we measure the tank on site.
- Tank estimate is delivered.
- Customer places a deposit to begin work.
- Material flatsheets are ordered.
- Material is cut to dimensions with shears.
- Parts are bent with the brake.
- Tank is welded using Miller MIG or TIG equipment.
- Fitting holes are cut and fittings/brackets welded on.
- Sending unit is installed.
- Every tank is pressure-tested to 5 PSI.
Tank Removal
- Pump out old fuel.
- Disconnect plumbing, wiring, and mounting hardware.
- Cut the old tank into removable sections when necessary.
- Remove and dispose of old tank sections.
- Prepare and clean the tank space.
Re-Installation
- Move new tank sections into the vessel.
- Secure tanks and connect plumbing, vents, pickups, returns, and sending units.
- Inspect and test the completed installation.
